[st_accordion][st_accordion_item st_title=”Day 0: Arrival”]Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to your hotel in Moshi/ Arusha for dinner and overnight. Settle into your accommodation, ready to start your safari proper in the morning. If time permits, a complimentary town tour can be arranged.[/st_accordion_item][st_accordion_item st_title=”Day 2: Arusha – Lake Manyara/ Mto wa Mbu”]Journey Time and Distance: Arusha – Lake Manyara 1:30 hrs
After breakfast, you will drive to Mto wa Mbu town on the floor of the Great rift valley, for a guided village tour. In this small but very busy town where people belonging to all 120 tribes in Tanzania live together, you will have the opportunity to see the typical daily life of Tanzanians. Your walking guide who comes from that area will take you to rice and banana plantations where you will interact with the people working in their farms, you will visit a traditional beer bar/factory,
you will visit a school and carvings factory where the famous “Makonde” use ebony black wood to carve different statues. You will then continue to Lake Manyara national park for a game drive with picnic lunch. In this small but very beautiful park with the dense forest, you will have opportunity to see lots of monkeys, giraffes, elephants, impalas, dik-dik, flamingos in the lake and if you are lucky you may spot the rare tree climbing lions.[/st_accordion_item][st_accordion_item st_title=”Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater”]After early breakfast, you will depart for a full day of game drive in Tarangire National Park. This park has the largest concentration of elephants, often seen bathing in the Tarangire river, lots of
giraffes, monkeys, impalas, and many birds. It is also one of the best places to see lions, leopards, and lions.
